BOTOX
Botox is a prescription medicine injected into muscles to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe forehead lines, crows feet lines, and frow lines between the eyebrows in adults. Botox is a minimally invasive procedure with no downtime, and generally takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Results may take up to 2 weeks to notice and will last approximately 3-6 months.
DERMAL FILLERS
With the use of Hyaluronic acid, Dermal Fillers help to create and replace the volume that is lost due to the normal aging process. Common areas of use for dermal fillers include the lips, cheek bones, smile lines, and chin areas. Juvaderm and Restylane products are the featured brands for dermal fillers used by Bella Medical Spa
The application of dermal fillers involves multiple injections of a fine needle to replace volume loss in the target area. Patients can expect to have mild swelling and/or bruising to the area that was treated which can last approximately three to ten days. Because dermal fillers are absorbed by the body over time, results typically last between nine months up to one year.
KYBELLA
Kybella is the only FDA-approved injectable treatment that destroys fat cells in the treatment area under the chin to improve your profile. By using the active ingredient deoxycholic acid, Kybella is used to help in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat in the body. By injecting Kybella directly in the fat cells, there is immediate, permanent destruction of the fat cells.
Depending on the treatment area, multiple treatments and injections may be required to achieve permanent results. Once destroyed, those fat cells cannot store or accumulate additonal fat, therefore further treatment will not be expected after reaching a patient’s desired aesthetic
PLATELET RICH PLASMA
Platelet Rich Plasma or PRP is a process in which a person’s blood is obtained and centrifuged until it creates a concentrated mix of of plasma cells and growth factors. These factors help stimulate collagen growth which helps improve the quality of a person’s skin, wrinkle lines, acne, scarring, redness, and pigmentation.
The PRP is applied topically to your face or neck areas and then microneedled over to superficially inject the PRP into your epidermis for optimal results. Results will take approximately 4-6 weeks to be noticeable as the collagen begins the regrowth process. Subsequent treatments should be performed every 4-6 weeks and Bella Medical Spa recommends monthly facials to help improve their overall skin quality

Increase your B12 levels to help your body use fat and carbohydrates to make new protein and increase energy levels, brain function, and weight loss.
Weight Loss Program
Bella Medical Spa uses weekly Semaglutide injections to promote a 1-2lb of weight loss per week. Semaglutide is a glucagon-like peptide (GLP-1) that works by administering weekly injections that suppress the appetite allowing you to feel full longer (limiting daily caloric intake), delays the emptying of the stomach, and increases the production of insulin which helps lower your blood sugar levels reducing the storage of sugar as well as cravings. Hair Restoration
Platelet Rich Plasma is used to to help both men and women whom are experiencing hair loss. The patient’s blood is obtained and centrifuged to create a concentrated mix of plasma cells and growth factors. The concentration is then directly injected into the patient’s scalp where the hair loss is present. Patients will typically require 3-4 treatments which are spaced one month apart. Treatment is generally comfortable, with minimal downtime and side effects.
Laser Hair Removal
Bella Medical Spa is proud to host the Splendor X laser by Lumenis. The Splendor X uses a Blend X technology to provide rapid coverage, high fluency, large spot size and a high repetition rate. The square shape laser spot is able to provide faster and more uniform coverage of the treatment area allowing a deeper penetration without overlap, burns, or missed areas.
The Splendor X stops hair growth at the base of the follicle by emitting a light beam that harmlessly passes through the skin. The light’s energy is absorbed by the color pigment in the hair follicle which is converted into heat to disable the follicle and destroy its ability to regrow. Because there are different hair growth cycles, several treatments may be necessary to disable the follicles. Dr. Convertito will assess your skin type and determine an expected treatment plan of care based on your skin type and expectations.
Chemical Peels
By method of exfoliation, Chemical peels help accelerate the cell renewal process, stimulate collagen synthesis, and improve the skin’s elastin fibers. Peels can help revitalize sun-damaged skin, aid in the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, and help treat the discoloration of skin related to freckles, dark patches, and age spots.

Microneedling
The process of microneedling works by causing controlled micro-injuries to stimulate your body’s natural wound healing process while minimizing cellular damage. As a result, effective remodeling of scar tissue occurs, while maintaining the overall structure of the skin. There are 3 phases to the wound repair process which includes the following:
PHASE 1
Inflammation: Piercing the skin with the microneedling device triggers the patient’s immune system to naturally disinfect the wounds, remove debris, increase blood flow, and begin to create new tissue.
PHASE II
Proliferation: The wound is rebuild with new granulation cells and a new network of blood vessels develop
PHASE III
Remodeling: The wound is replaced with new dermal tissues and blood vessels
With as few as 3 non-invasive treatments spaced one month apart, a patient can improve their appearance for approximately 6 months after their last treatment
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a minimally invasive procedure used to renew overall skin tone and texture. It can improve the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, acne scarring, melasma, and other skin-related concerns and conditions. The procedure uses a special applicator with an abrasive surface to gently sand away the thick outer layer of the skin to rejuvenate it. Microdermabrasion is considered a safe procedure for most skin types and colors. Facials

Bella Medial Spa offers a variety of targeting facials customized for each patient to meet their personal goals. Facials, along with proper skin care, can help to lengthen the effects of medical aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and laser treatments.
Teen Facials
60 minutes | 75 minutes
During the teenage years, hormones will start to fluctuate causing aggravation to the skin resulting in blemishes and breakouts. Our teen facials will help clean out the pores caused by increased oil production. Steam is often used to help soften the pores, which will allow for manual extractions done safely to avoid any harm to the integrity of the skin. Our Aesthetician will perform a thorough skin analysis to determine the teen’s skin type in order to develop their most appropriate treatment plan.
Note: Facials can be combined with other aesthetic services.
Drip Therapy
Intravenous infusions (IV) work by administering fluids and electrolytes directly into the bloodstream in a safe and quick manner. Because the vitamins are bypassing the digestive system and enters the bloodstream immediately, there is a 100% absorption rate making it extremely effective. A small needle will be placed into the patients arm followed by the infusion which will take approximately 45-60 minutes. The effects of hydration can last 3-4 days, while the vitamins will remain in a person’s system for up to 2 weeks.
The frequency of infusions is determined on an individual basis based on the person’s needs. All solutions are created at a compound pharmacy and is tailor made to the patient’s needs.

Migraine
